Beautiful quilt, Gwyn!!! So glad you were chosen to make these quilts....you are a talented quiltmaker!!

Blessings on you for doing this work. I know the family will appreciate it, and the memories they will hold.

When I went to the post office yesterday to mail the box, it was nearly $25.00. It has to be in a big box because I include the backing and batting. So it isn't that it is so heavy, it is bulky too.

Finished, the quilts will probably fit into two of the large priority boxes which is about $30.00 to mail to Adrian and Arron. Remember Adrian's is 50 x 60 and Arron's is 72" x 72". They aren't just small lap quilts.

If you would like to donate, send me a pm and I'll send you my address. I'll give this a few days before starting to quilt to see what the response is. Thank you so much ladies. Thanks, Gwyn

I'd also be happy to help with postage when they're ready to mail.

To take some of the bulk down , for the batting I usually put it in the large Ziplock bags and squish all the air out of it. It will take less room. PM me your address Gwyn , and I will mail you some a check for postage. Is there anything else that would help out? Elaine

Let's give her a day or two to read your message and I'm sure she will let us know.
