Count me in also. I think it would be awesome if everyone put their forum name & the State or country they are from on the blocks. That would make them more special knowing where each block came from & how far away the love of each block came from. You could add that info to the blocks you already have. Just a thought. I just bet they would love being able to read where the blocks came from.

(about putting the names on the back of the quilt. Either way works for me, I'm a flexible mousie.) :-D

How about instead of writing on the squares, you write your name and information on a 4" square. I'll put these together and add them to the back of the quilt as the center back.

I was just wondering if you still need some blocks? If so, please count me in!!! Let me know and just to make sure I have it right, its a 8.5 unfinished and a 4" signature for the back right?

    REMINDER:

I really need to have the squares mailed on or before the first of Feb. (FEB 1). I'm going to be visiting my son and his family in March. (My first overnight visit ever as the grandma :-))

I only have about 20 blocks. To make 2 quilts it will take 80. These don't have to be pieced or applique'. They could be fabric with stars on it and then frame it. Or just fabric with stars on it. It isn't a contest to see who did the best one (although all I have received have been breathtaking).

This is about expressing love and concern for a husband and son who no longer have their loved wife and mother.

Thanks for helping. These will be awesome quilts. Gwyn
