Have any of you done memory quilts using actual photos printed on fabric? I want to try it. Not sure what to use and how hard t would be.

I made one for my BIL for Christmas. I used pictures of his dogs and he adores that quilt! I used the fabric sheets you buy in packages of ten at Joannes. (I wish I could remember the brand name, but they only sell one I believe, so it wouldn't be hard to locate.) After I printed on the sheets, I heat set them with my iron and they were good to go. I washed the quilt before giving it to him, and nothing bled or faded. It was super easy to do. The hardest part for me was editing the photos my sister gave me. Some were old and not well taken. But the digital ones she gave me were a dream to work with. :-D
