Look at these quilts! Many were sold, some were bargains; one sold for $2500. My DH and I had never been to this sale before, but think we will be going back again next year. It was in Kidron, Ohio, and it's always the first weekend in August.

My sister and I went to this one year, and it was a blast! I did buy a quilt that year, but later gave it away to a charity for a silent auction.

There are Mennonite groups in various parts of the country. If you ever have a chance to go to one of the auctions, you should definitely do it.

There is a Memmonite church near my Mother's and we've gone several times to their Relief "Festival". All kinds of crafts, baked goods, canned goods and beautiful quilts. Amazing work those ladies do!
