I purchased their special of one of each color and have had absolutely no problems at all with it. I will definitely reorder as I use it up.

I have been looking into buying some thread there also. On the basket page there is a place where you can put in a coupon code... Does anyone know where to get a coupon for this place?

I just ordered from them. I really don't like that they do not have a contact number. I ordered a roll of cutaway stabilizer, along with thread, but when I received my box, there was no roll of stabilizer. Because they have no phone number, I had to leave an e-mail. I won't hear back from them until Monday and I now have to go to Jo-Anns for stabilizer to finish up some holiday projects.

I am not happy about this. I paid for shipping that would get the package to me in two days. Now, I will have to wait until next week some time to get the stabilizer. I am really hoping that they have the integrity to send me the missing item, since they stated on the invoice it was sent, but it clearly was not. Aargh! (Not like I can miss a 50Y roll of stabilizer!)
