I'm going! Woohoo! We already have our room booked. We need to do something special so we will know the other people from the board that are there. We could walk right by each other and not know it.

My husband and I always go. It is the most wonderful place for a Quilt Show because it is huge. We live in Newport News so it is only about a 30-minute ride. Would love to meet up with you gals that are planning to go. Could someone decide on a day, time, and place to meet? I am trying to think of a "special" place that would be easy to find but it is so big and so many people, it may be difficult. One idea I can come up with would to be at a particular booth. Nancy's Calico Patch (local place) always has a booth and they have a program showing where all the booths are located. That could be one idea. The other would be at the top of the stairs, since there is only one stairway leading up to the second floor--that would be easier, perhaps, because it gets crowded around the vendors' booths sometimes. Will be anxious to hear from all of you. Sue

I'm not going to be able to make that one :( I am going to Paducah though and looking forward to it. It'll be my first big quilt show! I so wish I could do this one too

Certain worshops are already sold out. General Admission is not and won't be. Pre registration is for classes and if you want to do a show and tell. It is all at the link that was posted previously in this thread. Hope that helps.

The classes being closed makes sense--I know they go fast! I just couldn't believe the general admission was closed.
    thanks!
