Rosy,Rosy,Rosy- this is what you do when you're doing mindless piecing?! Girl you need to get yourself to Washington! There is this big building called the Capitol with a large, seemingly clueless group of peoe called Congress that desperately need you! Seriously I'm loving reading you thinking out loud as you create. I have to admit I'm not a scrap quilter. My thought processes must not go in the right direction because I like seeing others' scrap quilts but when I look at my stash I seem to think in patterns. It takes all of us to keep the quilting universe diverse!

Hi Rosy, I was just over at your blog and saw a picture of the handsome Teddy with his T-shirt scraps. Made me laugh. I have an old girl who looks just like him but she's 13 1/2. She also loves to gather and hoard scraps, all fabric, laundry (clean or dirty) pillows.........
Love the 'pieces' you're working on!

Oh you made me laugh out loud hahahha. I love it. I am talking to myself now as the scraps are low and I have to go dig out some more. I can't believe I got rid of all that.

Teddy has just gathered up the scraps I just pulled out...he is hopeless. He sees me working on it, he doesn't care one bit...he claims all scraps if they are on the floor.

Yeh, I noticed that abstract look and I think it's because of the black and I love it. I will make this as big as 60x60 more or less.

I need to make a long one at 20 inches wide and one long one accross the bottom about the same more or less.

Shape also inspires me. Let's see what the long 20 by by 40 piece will bring.
