Who else loves making doll quilts? I like using reproduction fabrics mostly, but am starting to like the newer and brighter fabrics now, too.

HI there. I don't mean to sound dumb. What's a doll quilt? Is it just a really small quilt?

A doll quilt is a very small quilt! Can be used for a dolly display, or a small table topper, or even placemats. Small is anything smaller than a crib size, and mini or miniature is VERY small as for a dollhouse bed . Anyway, that's my idea as for sizes..

I am addicted too! I use leftovers all the time. In fact doing a presentation for our quilt guild this fall on what others throw (my way) away. I'm on my fourth doll swap on the board and have been getting to know some really great board members while sharing our doll quilt obsession.
Have you shared any of your doll quilts with us yet?

See the work of granny_59 and you will be awed. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-61601-1.htm

I went to the August thread and tried to see some samples, but I just get the threads for the previous months. Are pictures posted somewhere?

If you go to the end of the thread and page back, you'll see pictures. And the Flickr gallery is here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/51979904@N03/
