I make time for the things that are important to me .... sometimes, when I was still working, that meant staying up until 2:00

It, also, helps me to set goals because I am motivated to finish whatever I start and I find that when I do that I find periods of time that before I thought weren't there.

It is so true, you have to make time for oneself in this busy lifestyle these days. I have rebel therapy on Saturdays with a group of ladies, we might do alotta talking but it is relaxing and we throw crafty ideas about to work on. :)
