Minkee applique

When I did my applique with minkee I did it this way,

Just don't iron it at the end because it will wreck the minkee. I sewed it down with a buttonhole stitch. Heres a picture of one of the bears I did.

It isn't difficult, you just need to go slow and a satin stitch can't be real tight. More a zig zag as the minkee will stretch.
I used fusible and ironed. but I used the minkee blankee not the textured minkee.
