minkee (polyester fleece) fabric is wonderfully soft and many people use it to back quilts- it is stretchy- and slippery...and the cut edge will fray all over and make quite the mess. but it quilts up beautifully and is just ...YUMMY...my grand daughters call the quilts with minkee back's the (get=naked) blankets...they love to get out of their baths- towel off and go wrap in them...it is so...soft- it takes patience, pins to work with it.
