It really depends on the size of the scraps. One year I made winter scarves and the headband you tie in the back to match. I am thinking it was a simplicity pattern? Can't remember right now. I also made a make up bag with a kiss lock frame with some pink minky and satiny white fabric and lips print to line it. Ear muffs would work for scraps too.
I think if you look in the accessories section of the pattern companies, you could find some fun things to make with your scraps.

Even make a cuff to sew onto your gloves.

You can combine them with denim and make a cathedral window type quilt. You can make them with circles, but squares, rectangles and octagons are easier to work with.

You could make cat toys with catnip in them or baby teethers. You coiuld also use them to make seat belt protector pads for a local cancer treatment center.

You may find some helpful ideas in the thread I posted a while back asking about Minky scraps.

What do you do with Minky scraps?

So many good ideas. Much more interesting than cutting them up for "dog beds". Ear muffs and stet belt protectors! Brilliant.
