Yea, chicken is a good word. It is just the way I've been feeling about this.
That is one thing on my list of things to do! This tute makes it look pretty easy. I think on the last quilt I made mitred corners would have looked good, but I was too chicken to try them!

I used the tutorial on this site on my first quilt and it turned out great!! I think I may have had to fix one, but it was much easier than I thought it would be. I think the trick is pinning well and for me, sewing down the 45 degree angle I drew.
