I treated mine like a jelly roll. Had to do some trimming but it worked well for me.

When you trim the selvedges you will have perfect jelly roll strips, just a tad shorter. Use them to make a tube quilt, alternating with some white strips, or do something like a Bento Box. There are tons of lovely strip quilt patterns you could try. You may have to add some other fabrics or white, depending on how big you want to go.

I just got my first scrap bag, and I am soooo excited! Moda chose a color group that I woukd never choose on my own, but I love it! May I suggest the pattern, Pinwheel Party by Primrose Cottage Quilts? This is a free pattern that uses jellyrolls. These scraps work perfectly for them. I am a beginner so I think that this pattern will work for everyone.
