    I have an iMac and ALT 3 gives me £

    thanks again. on a mac it is different. you nly have to do alt and one character not three. i will be experimenting.

    New here, and should introduce myself, but I was reading and wondered: Is your number pad turned on? (Alt+ 167 will only work if it is.

    How neat....but mine won't do it! I have XP also and am computer challenged so is there a special something you have to do to make it work?
