    Hi, I have done many of these mosaic picture quilts. Most people call this " confetti" quilting, which I don't like. There are some tuts. on the net by that name. Mine are made with tiny pieces, cut with the rotary cutter and then applied.

    Watson, your horse is magnificent...the mosaic process looks like another craft all in itself. Unfortunately, I have enough to keep up with regular quilting. LOL
