Me too! I also think it has a "beautiful" shape and is nice to look at. I have replacement blades on hand but haven't had to use them yet. I thought it was pricey even with the 50% off coupon but it was well worth the $.

My favorite is the Clover with the white handle. It looks round, but actually has flat sides with rounded corners (if that makes sense). The white one and the Clover with the flat brown handle are the pointiest, sharpest seam rippers I have ever used. The Dritz with the blue plastic handle is thick, so don't waste your money.

Hi everyone, is it me? I rarely use a seam ripper, don't getr me wrong, I unsew on a regular basis.I just use my tiny point scissors and clip every few stitches and with a very gentle pull the seams come apart.Letty

For me it's the Bias Binder Foot from Nancy's Notions. No way does this thing work. It MIGHT work if there were no batting in your quilt, but it's just doesn't open far enough for a quilt with any batting in it. It was a waste of money.

I use an ergonomic seamripper made by Dritz. It has a slightly sticky rubber at the end where your fingers hold it. That end also has a flattened side, to keep it from rolling off your table. It's lavender and rose pink in color, so easy to find. It's easy to hold onto however you want (like a pencil or any other way). It's the only kind I use anymore. I think it's about $5 or 6.00.

I bought an ergonomic one at Joann's and the tip snapped off when I was working with it. Was NOT applying a lot of pressure. Just glad I wear glasses or I might not have ended up with just a broke ripper

I like my Clover seam ripper. It stays sharp and does a fine job of ripping.
