Default Mug Rug and Microwave Bowl Holders

I'm making a few of these to give to friends. Do you put a little note with them explaining what they are and usage? Would appreciate a statement or two to use in a note. Thanks!

There are a few poems about mug rugs on this board. People sometimes print them out and put them with the gift. HTH

I sold several micro bowls at a craft fair and included instructions and a warning not to leave unattended, just for my own peace of mind! I sure do love those things

This is the warning note I included with the ones I made family members as gifts. I decided I didn't want the liability of selling any of these, although I love mine.
    Microwave Bowl Mitts
These are made of 100% cotton. They are machine washable and dry-able
They are made with cotton batting, but the batting is NOT FIRE PROOF NOR FLAME RESISTANT. IF THE MICROWAVE TEMPERATURE IS IN EXCESS, FIBERS MAY IGNITE OR BURN.
DO NOT MICROWAVE ALONE- FOOD MUST BE USED WITH THE MITT.
    DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED.
    FOR REHEATING FOOD ONLY
DO NOT USE IF FOOD IS SPILLED ON MITT, UNTIL IT IS WASHED
