    I love the design of the block but think you might put a solid in the first one.

    To isewman-
    Both blocks are well sewn. The first is way too busy for me. The second block is FABULOUS and I recommend that you
    don't change a thing.- Judy

    It's a little busy in both blocks. You will get the hang of things and you can tell just by looking at it what works and what doesn't. Hand in there.

    I think the first one has too many prints that are alike in size. The second one has the nice green pinwheel that really shows.

    In order to figure out what you like, hang it on your wall where you will see it many times a day. Leave it there for a few days. Then you will figure out what you like and what needs changing.

    I think switching the blue & green positions in both blocks would work better for me. But that is just my opinion. Lovely blocks by the way. What ever you decide will be a beauty when completed. You always do fantastic on all your quilts.

    I think they are nice Maybe try something where there is a little more difference in the blocks is my thought.
