    Call customer service. From everything I have read they are very helpful...Good luck!! The less layer the easier it is to push thought the machine. I love mine...so much easier than cutting.

    yahoo.com/group/accucutquilters will have the answer for you. They are all experienced with the Go and Studio. I read that you can pop the Green circle off the handle and there will be a screw to take the roller off. I would ask Accutquit to be sure though.
