Your trip sounds like such a fun time, wish I had a friend to do that with.

I'm glad you had a good trip and that you found us in N. IN to be hospitable. Yes, I like to shop those stores in Indiana. Sometimes I have to hold the purse strings tightly when I go in to look.

    I didn't know my trips to N. Indiana were FART's !

Love all the places you mentioned. For any Bernina Owners, you have to check out Heartland Country Sewing, outside of Goshen. It's a Bernina Dealer, family operated, out in the farmlands.

Last time I was there, a little guy, maybe around 10, was "minding the shop".He ran over to the house to get his big sister to help us. She knew exactly what I needed, and what would work for my machine. Had some great tips too, on using accesories. And the best part, prices about 20% lower than here in Chicago area!

I guess I was on a FART trip earlier in the month and didn't know that's what it was called!

We had a lot of fun also. It's so nice to go somewhere new and explore!

Good to hear you had a great time in Northern Indiana! Anyone will tell you that Lolly's is THE PLACE! I live about 30 miles south of There, but try to go as often as I can. If you gotta FART anywhere, FART in Northern Indiana!!!! k
