    Yes I bought a pattern, but changed it up a bit to look like the amish star spin, still not done, have more borders and then the corner star spins in each corner :

    Beautiful! I have a pattern for that, but haven't decided on fabrics yet. You selected some really nice colors, and it looks great.

    I love it, I've also started this pattern, would you believe same colours as yours.......... but you are so right, a really hard one, and I keep putting it off to go onto the next stage, I feel very intimidated by it.

    Will be watching with interest to see your finished quilt!
