I am in awe of those who can take their imagination and make it into such an awesome physical item. I'll be stuck sewing triangles together forever.

I wish I had the pattern to share, but this is an original drawing and the paper was thrown away after I was done. . .I live in to small of a house to keep everything. . . .Otherwise, I would share the pattern.

There are several ways of doing this. . . .I get the big foam boards and white paper from the art store and use that as my quilt design board. I then begin drawing whatever I am going to make on the white paper. . .I primarily focus on the details ,not the background. . .the background is a "stack and whack" technique. If you can't draw big, other ideas would include using an overhead projector or a projector which will put your picture on the wall. . . .I don't know if this helps. . . .sometimes, it can take several tries to get the fabric right or the way you want it. . .Dudle was sewn together at least three times with different fabrics.
