Very cute! Your doin' great! The first quilts I made were machine applique baby quilts, then my first pieced quilt was a double wedding ring, So after that everything else has been a piece of cake! You get this done and you got "er whupped!!!

lol. I think you're right 'cause I think I'm going through the same thing. My very first quilt was just a simple Nine Patch (with "filler blocks" in-between) baby quilt. Then I moved right into this big denim quilt (oh my God, that thing was heavy!) and that one turned out nice and I still had some sanity left. So I'm working on the Tsunami quilt right now and its surprisingly easier than I thought...I think everything's become a piece of cake after that big ol' denim quilt.

thanks everyone...Although I have worn a path from my kitchen table to the computer to email Karla for help-I am having a good time.

I had to choose this project since Karla wouldn't make me one LOL

The picture is about 3.5" which ended up being a bit big...thanks to Karla's fearless guidance I added a deeper seam.....and it fixed it.

Oh and the pirate ship turned out great!

    Angie

today I tackle trees after I feed the horses and run.....

I have to say...I was going to give the latest barn one to Angie--but then she mentioned making one. I laughed and kept it going to my niece-- it's so much more fun for her to have HER horse in there rather than mine.

I love your bravery and perseverance!! Awesome qualities. :D

Hey--does that tie in the the training donkeys thing?

Very nice and who cares if your barn leans a bit since it survived a MAJOR storm. Great job.
