Hey Everyone, Most of you know that I am now making my first Quilt ever and that it is for my inlaws 52nd Anniversary. Well it is not going to be finished in time to give to them next weekend. :hunf: But that's o.k. as a lot of the family have not sent in any fabric to help or sent back the pieces that I sent to them to sign, color, draw on etc. My inlaws have traveled all over the world and I was thinking maybe you all if able could help me? What I would like so as not to burden anyone is that you send me 1, 6'inch square or 1, 6x12 rectangle, with your screen name and the state or country you live in on it and send me a note with your screen name, real name, and address so that I may document everything in the Quilt Journal. I think that they would love to see fabric from all over the world including the USA. I know we have so many people on Board in other countries and probable every state. I don't want you to do this if it is going to cost you a hard ship.
My new goal is to have the quilt finished by March 7th as that is my MIL's Birthday 70something young, my plan is to give the Quilt to my inlaws on March 13 at a surprise 50th Birthday Party for my DH and for my Stepdaughters 18th Birthday Party. Tiffany's B-day is March 12 and David's is March 13, so I figured that I would have a tripple Surprise B-Day / Anniversary Party all together!
And of course any one of my new family that can make it to VA is invited! "Quilting Party" LOL!
Please pm me and let me know what you think!!!!
You ladies and Gentlemen are the Best!!!
    Hugs to All, Ms. Shawn

Do you have fabric color choices? What pattern is it going to be? Are you looking for a siggy block? I guess I need a little more information so I can send something you can use.

I'm still trying to understand. Do you want our names and state on the front of the block so it can be seen or just a label on the back? Go to the search and type in siggy block, look and see if that's what you want then let us know.

I am so sorry for the misunderstanding, Thanks for telling me about the search as I had never noticed it and did not know what you meant about a siggy block     Anyway I guess yes that looks great much better than what I was doing if you can do that with a 6inch block that would be wonderful!! Thank you so much!! pm If more questions! Hugs Shawn
