Love your quilts. On the cancer one - Are the quotes printed on the fabric? If so, where did you get it? I am a cancer survivor and very fortunate to be one. My daughter's very close friend is now fighting two types of breast cancer. If possible if I could get the fabric I would like to make this quilt for her.

block party studios.com they sell pkgs with phrases of all kinds and provide some free patterns, that is one of them, as well as sell others that you may like better. it is a wonderful company to deal with. pay attention when ordering that some of the sayings come on white fabric while others are on natural as well some of the lettering comes in different colors. good luck if you need any other information let me know. congrats on being a survivor and good luck to your daughters friend. as for the fabric i used i purchased some at walmart, hobby lobby and a small store called material obsessions. i have some places bookmarked that carry a great line of cancer fabrics but im sure if you went searching you will find them. but i don't mind helping at all. take care and all the best, rachelle

I can see the first one in different fabrics for a childs first quilt. I think I'll use that idea soon. It could be a learning quilt for early reading. Thanks for sharing.
