I am wondering if the 13" fabric could be for valances ? I have also seen some rolls of narrow width fabrics at shops where they make costumes.

Wonderful find and so cute! Many many possibilities for this fabric I would say.
Let me say that I don't know how you found such a bargain because if that were in my local GW store, it would have cost at least $15....no doubt. Our local GW store prices things at an unbelievably high price and sometimes even close to retail/new.... I just can't get a bargain there at all and rarely go inside for just that reason.

I agree - some times things are way over priced, I could buy them new at another store for the same price. I've also seen things super under priced - I felt sorry for the people bring out the merchandise to the floor yesterday. It was a like a farmer delivering the hay to the cow pasture - people were following them and pulling from the buggy.

Now what are you going to use it for? I'm curious because the 13' width is unusual.
