Congratulations!!!!! I have some friends who work in our LQS, and the money they make keeps them in fabric but does not put food on the table. That would be heaven to me!!

Now that is something I would like to do when I retire in 6 years. And a litle teaching, of course....just to stimulate the shop's economy!

Honestly I'm jealous ! I too am retired and want/need to get back out there but just haven't found the spot yet. I applied at the local Hobby Lobby and apparently they have decided to hire someone else. Years back when I was big into cross stitching I worked for a friend that had a cross stitch shop and it was awesome...she could only afford to pay me in supplies....oh, throw me in the briar patch !!!!

Wow, how lucky to fall into a "dream job"!!! Congratulations...just make sure to try to bring home the actual paycheck once in a while instead of using the employee discount lol.

How perfect! A few hours to get you out of the house. You get to do something you like. You get a little extra spending cash, and you can inspire others with your samples. Enjoy!!!
