I have noticed that so many pets, especially cats, love to lay on quilts. It must be good if it passes the "cat test".

He he. She made you repeat a fabric. I am sure you have looked by now and decided to go with it or not! Smart kitty!

There is something about cats and quilts. My cat used to lay in the middle of the blocks when I tried to arrange them on the floor - that's why I bought a design wall. She still likes to lay right next to my machine when I try to sew.

Well of course she has to 'help'. If it's important enuff for you to devote so much time to it, she has to be part of it too.. I have a Boxer and 2 kitties that just wait til I lay something out, but I wouldn't do without them - so now I have a design wall. lol

beautiful cat! and others' cats too! my black manx cat will sit over to the side as straight and aloof as possible and watch every move i make. if i'm piecing he will wedge himself behind me on the chair and push with his legs until he has enough room and i'm on the edge. he's at least 17 yrs old, so he gets away with it! his younger brother usually claims the chair first and gets disgusted and leaves if i won't share. so far he has shown no interest in learning to sew. with their sharp claws you'd think they could at least help pin!

They're so funny, just get right in front of you. I know that those pieces of fabric are not adding any more comfort than your lovely carpet. But you cannot get mad, just look at those eyes. Litle rascales. When I start sewing my little poodle has to jump in my lap and then onto the table and stares at me until I give her a hug. couldn't do without her.

Such pretty cats. I want a cat, but can't have one since my Dad lives with me and is not so steady on his feet. But he does like to supervise some. lol

How sweet. Isn't it amazing what we do to accomodate our furbabies!! Gotta love them.

    Blessings to you.
