Your story brought tears to my eyes. I have been having a really down day thinking about my son I lost a year ago in September and my Dad I lost this September.I remember all the Happy Christmas times and your story helped bring the true meaning of Christmas back. Thank you.

Such a beautiful gift you gave to them. Not in just paying for their things but showing that human kindness still really exists. God Bless You.

What a wonderful and thoughtful man. You can't imagine what it meant to that mother and children. May your life and husbands be full of blessings. I came from a poor family and know what your generosity means.

Thank you for writing about this shopping trip...I just read your story to my Mom...she and I were both crying...what a wonderful thing your husband did for that Mom...I'm sure she said a prayer for him that night.
