A very dear friend dresses as Santa for a local church. He was asking a special young man what he wanted. The young fellow pursed his lips and squinted his eyes and told him that he wanted a pair of glasses because he had broke his and there wasn't money to replace them. My friend found Granny"mom" and gave her 100 to pay for the new glasses. Don't you just love friends like that? He is a treasure and we love him.

There are angels among us!!! What a great story!!! I remember the year I was diagnosed with MS and hadnt been approved for disability and my husband was laid off we receive a Christmas card in the mail containing a $50.00 bill!!! My kids were able to have some Christmas gifts that year thanks to the angel. Still not sure who sent it - my family has been questioned and they swear it wasnt them. When my brother died suddenly without insurance leaving my sister-in-law with two kids at home and little money - I sent her $50.00 as my pay it forward - Just sent a "Thinking of You" card but mailed it in St Louis where she lived instead of from where I live - It so happened I was there helping her with things when she received it. It was so great to see the tears of joy run down her face!!! To this day I havent told her but I think she knew - doesnt matter though.

I always say what goes around comes around - yours just came around quickly lol Great find on fabric!!! It was really great that your DH was in the right place at the right time to be able to help out- those kids will remember this Christmas for a long time!!!!
