I finally have someone to teach quilting to-hopefully, instill a life long love for it-THEN I will have someone to leave my stash to, and know my family won't just call the Good Will to take it! Kaityln is almost 9.

Very pleased with herself so far

Yes, she is a really tiny girl-her feet barely hit the foot petal-has to sit on the front of the chair-I put the machine on the slowest speed for her, and she did really well! We looked after her for a few days last week (and her 6 yr old brother -THATS another story!!!LOL) and I can't wait to have her back! I am also a stamp collector (have been since childhood) and she is really interested in that too-spent 1/2 time quilting, 1/2 time working on stamp album!

How fun! I can't wait till my granddaughter is that age, she seems interested now but its fleeting. I want to see her finished work.

This child should be a model with those incredibly expressive eyes and that lovely twinkly smile and expressive face. I am so glad you have someone to share your skill with and she looks like she is enjoying it. Thank you for sharing.
