is home from the shop.woo hoo and only $65.00 to fix it.doing a happy dance.I had stripped out the screw that holds the needle in and they had to replace the whole shaft-I was afraid it was going to cost a lot more than that.

It is hard when those machines go to the shop...I feel lost when mine is serviced ;) Glad it didn't set you back too much! It's a sunshine day here in Iowa - good day to sew!

Our sun came out about noon today. We had storms rumble through last night but we got the least of it. Still had some storms this morning but we missed all the hail, it went to the north of us. I sewed until I got tired and went to bed.

Glad it didn't cost you and arm and a leg. The last time I took one in for repair, it was going to be so expensive I decided it would be cheaper to just buy a new one. Or, that was my story and I'm sticking to it. LOL
