Default My new binding dispenser (inspired by firefighters)

This all started when DH and I were watching a video of a fire. DH was commenting how
the firefighters had their hose rolled when it should have been folded. He even gave me
a demo how it's more efficient to fold the hose, etc. That evening I was putting my binding
on and thought...why don't I try to fold my binding like the firefighters and see. Well, it worked
so well I told DH about it and he said he could make me a tool to hold my binding. So here it is.
I glued a piece of felt at the bottom just because. Hope some of you try this method and
let me know what you think. No more rolling for me.

Isn't that clever! Wonder is a napkin holder would work?

Great tool! I just wind mine around a 12" ruler then I know pretty much how much I have. The biggest problem I have is remembering where I put it when I need it!

I fold my binding and lay on the floor between my feet and that works too.
    Your idea is quite clever.

well how cute!! so far I've been using a small plastic bag that I stuff the handle of under my machine. I put my binding inside that and pull it out as I go along.
