Today there was an article on Janet Atkins lost quilt and a great large photo of it too. it was shipped back to her by Quilters Newsletter magazine but never got scanned by UPS. turns out they pick up large orders and don't scan until later. not a good thing!!
I do hope this article helps her in getting her quilt back soon.

I hope she gets it back too and if she doesn't I sure hope that Quilters Newsletter pays her dearly for it.

Thanks, NativeTexan - I hope so too. I was thrilled that the Denver Post ran the article.

The support from the members of this board has been a tremendous comfort - and you all will be the first to know when it gets here!

I also read the article. It made me sick to my stomach. I can't imagine what the feeling was to be waiting for its return and never showing up. Hope the article helps get the quilt back to its rightful owner.....
