The Judy Niemeyer Christmas Tree skirt pattern that I just had to have is here! I wasn't expecting it until Monday at least. I should be sleeping right now because I have to work tonight, but I can't stop looking through the instructions and all the foundation pages. If I don't play with it today, I won't be able to again until Tuesday at the earliest, and that's definitely no fun!

I would be the same way. How can you sleep when that is waiting for you to start it. Post a pic when you are done.

I bought a new pattern for me - I Spy with a Twist, and since I am on vacation, I can't even get to it till I get home. The fabric I have in mind is already washed and pressed......I won't be home till 11pm tonight,ohhhh.....the wait is torture!!!

yes I am thinking that 5 hours of sleep is plenty to make it through tonight. I'll just get an extra turbo shot of espresso in my Dunkies tonight!

I would take it to work and look at it during my lunch and break times.

I know what you mean. I worked 3rd shift for years. If I got started on a project it was nothing to go to work with a couple hours sleep. You can do it for awile but it catches up with you too!

I actually brought the pattern with me to work so that I can cut out all of the foundation pieces. Gotta get all the boring parts out of the way so that I can get to the fun part, the sewing!
