Oh, Lisa - what a blessing!!!!
I, too, can really imagine the fun they must have had, picking out everything for you, imagining your face when you got it!! And what a special person you must be for them to want to do it!!!
Enjoy!!!!!!! :-) - and don't forget to show us some pictures of it all!

    how wonderful!!!

I'm kinda envious, but with guilt attached. My occasional surprise in our hard times is a gift card for true necessaries. Mom's are for my prescriptions since she's afraid I won't be able to afford the $100+/mo (yes, we have insurance) so not get them. Sis sends grocery store cards since her fear is that I will not get food. Whenever I visit, they pay my car's gas and absolutely any activity we do since if not, I couldn't come. They know I have nothing else to give up since our only entertainment expenses are tv, computer, piano (hubby) and quilting(me) and the joy of granddog petsitting, which is actually therapy. Maybe once they know we can handle our basics, they too will think to send me fabric.
So, I really understand your delight and gratitude and I'm happy for you.

I have been laid off since Jan and of course the first thing to be cut in the household budget is Hobby items. Mainly my Quilting and Dollhouse building supplies. For Quilting I have been very frugal and only buying exactly what I need. Dollhouse wise I have not bought anything. Well today I got a Huge and I do mean huge box from the UPS guy. Its full of new fabric so far I have counted 22 yards of Miscellaneous fabrics and 10 yards of bleached Muslin and 30 FQ's and there are 7 quilt books and a dozen cones of machine quilting thread and quilt gadgets and a lot of Stabilizer for my machine embroidery. And a $200 gift card for the online Dollhouse supply shop I order from.
I called my MIL and asked WHY??WHAT??. She told me,She and my Husbands 3 Aunts all chipped in a few hundred dollars each and went on a shopping spree for me.She said the Why was just because. She said they had a total blast at the quilt shops and decided what was left to get me a gift card for dollhouse supplies. And Its funny how my MIL knows the colors I love and my love of batiks. MIL and the Aunts are awesome.

I reminded her that my birthday is next month so this can be my most awesome birthday gift and she said Nope. That will be another package.

    I am so so lucky.!!
