Looking forward to seeing the pictures. I'd like to turn one of my grown kids' rooms into a sewing room, too!

I'm happy for you! I remember how proud I felt when enough of our children moved out to free up a bedroom that I could use for sewing. Do post pictures and enjoy!

LOL, Isn't it funny how we quilters don't seem to suffer from that empty nest depression? We are like yeehawww, close the door and move out the furniture and in the sewing stuff!!!

You'll love having your own sewing room. I have my very own sewing room and it's wonderful.

You're fortunate to have family that can help get it ready for you.

We'll be waiting for pictures of it when it's done.

Congradulations! I know the feeling of having the sadness of a child moving out (then, the jubilation of finally getting my own sewing room (sanctuary, as I called it). Can't wait to see pictures-You will have such fun moving in and "decorating"!
