    I put small pieces of sand paper on the corners and interior of my rulers and they do not slip

    That is a fantastic idea I have never thought of! I have some 2 inch binder clips I just went and tried on my cutting table and it worked perfect. Now I don't have to go to Harbor Freight cause I love that store and get in trouble when I go there. lol I have Carpal Tunnel in both hands and this is going to help me tremendously. Thanks so much for this idea.

    I've used the clamps too and they work great. Sometimes , if my ruler is too short I will clamp the first ruler down and hold the second ruler down as usual while I cut.

    iam going to get clamps from harbor f.on dec. 2 they will be on sale for 2.00 wcoupon also suctoon cup to hold rullers will be 2.00 w coupon i paid 10.99 for same suction cup at joann annes sign up at h. f. anthey send coupipns sign on web suzieQ
