And I would add, if you haven't already started this quilt, set a date for the last changes --- and goodness sakes, please don't give her an unlimited change her mind time for the quilting design itself ----I can see it being halfway finished quilting and she changes her mind on the motifs!! Good luck! And this is why I have quit making things for relatives and friends "on demand" even with generous cash in hand!!

So ... we are waiting for the Perils of Pulsing Pauline to get started?
Or did we start another thread for the journey?
I have read all the pages, and have to admire the constraint of the commentators as they have observed the journey thus far. <wave>

After reading all of this, I can only imagine that she is pulling her hair out by now...and saying why did I agree to do this. :-)

Hi everybody! Well, as you probably all know by now, I will not be in the 3rd Challenge round of the McCall's Quilting Contest. So? What does that mean? It means that I will be starting Paulines quilt. Yes, it's finally getting ready to happen AND there has been another change!!! Of course! :)

I talked to Pauline Friday and the blocks have changed again. Now, this quilt is going to be a 12" Eight Point Star and a 6" Framed Eight Point Star with Kites! I am finishing up a baby quilt for my grand daughter Unique, who is due in Jan. Then, I will be starting on Paulines quilt. So, I'll let you know when I start it. Probably within the next couple of days. Thanks.
