    I just saw the tutorial on this from Missouri Star and here it is again. It is such a neat pattern and am loving your color progression but I would replace the florals.

    I love the idea of appliqueing a cat to the center dark row, and I'd put it right on that stand out floral block at the bottom left!
    Failing that, I would move the floral block to the third position down and in top right to a position of more authority, sort of like a corsage on the lapel!

    The bold greens (bottom right third row up) would work if you put them on the outside and one row in (hope this makes sense). My humble opinion.

    I too would leave that (gaudy-ha-ha) floral block in and possibly somewhere in the central focus area. No "screaming" makes Jack a dull boy.

    I agree. Looks great just the way it is. And that bold print at the bottom is where my eye goes to immediately. I would pull that out unless that's what you're going for. but that's my opinion. Nice quilt so far !
