I have never had a problem ordering on line. Guess I will consider myself lucky. Some do take longer than others though. Sorry you have had a problem Renee.

gcathie asked where in Ohio I'm from Cleveland home of the Browns. YIPE football is coming soon. hehehe

mgshaw your the one who ordered  I loved your fabrics so I joined to if they aren't there today I will be calling tomorrow to cancel everything. Just a shame though because I could go to Bonnie Blue quilts but I don't want to order all red this month and all blue the next I would like a varity when they come. Oh well lesson learned.

As for ordering on line I do it all the time and this is the first problem in over 10 years that I have ever had a problem. I will be making a folder in my favorites for unrelyable companies and I hope this will be the only one that I have in it.

Thanks everyone for letting me VENT. I feel so much better.

Renee, I just sent them another emial after reading your post, telling them that I had recommended them and yadda yadda yadda.. and wanted to know why I wasnt getting them so will see if they answer this one. I just dont understand why this is a problem when all my other orders have been sent right away.

I don't know good luck. I hope you get them soon. Or we have to find somewhere else. I bet the problem is it's a club and the shipping software they have doesn't pull that up, if that makes sense. They might have to input this information in every month and don't even know it. Hell I'm giving them still the benifit of a doubt.

Me too cause I really liked the first shipment and everything else I got. And they always wrote a nice hand written note on the shipping invoice so I hate to give up! I will let you know what happens!

Oh yea...let's see how long it takes her to send it.
But, then again, I wouldn't do business with them anymore, but that's just me.
How can you run a business and expect to keep happy customers if you are neglectful/forgetful?
