Default Name the quilt pattern named after a county in Washington state

Please help! I saw a beautiful pattern that combined applique and piecing. It is named after an Eastern WA county. It has an applique panel of horses. The top is all pieced in pointed columns with almost an art deco look.

I know that is sold in an Eastern WA store that also carries long-arm equipment. Any leads that you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Would it help to look at the names of the counties? Maybe jog your memory?

Charismah (one of the board members) used to work at the Fabric Patch. (I don't know if she still does, since she started her longarm business.) You might send her a pm if you think that's the store.

I did some further looking and the name of the pattern I think you are looking for is NCW and the fabric Patch did design it.
