    Help, please, trying to do too many things...and I need an easy, fast quilt block using just 2 colors....Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Honestly my favorite 2 color pattern is a basic 9 patch or 4 patch.

    hunters star is one. a 9patch is another. pr a four patch. these are really fast and simple blocks.

    Pin Wheel makes a pretty block..you can do them with big sqs to start and it will go together fast...good luck..heres are a couple of links for patterns.

    I like a single irish chain, they can be pretty in 2 colors.

    burgoyne surrounded. log cabin. single irish chain (oops already mentioned, sorry!) Carpenters wheel...lemoyne stars. I love 2 color quilts!!! :)
