Thank you, Nancy for joining us on the Quilting Board. Just spent a few minutes watching "Column Quilts" show. (Also watched an interesting show about making quick doll clothes!) I'm thinking I can use the Column Quilts technique to finish my French Braid quilt.

You can view the last 2 years of Sewing with Nancy at wpt.org. Put Zieman or Nancy or Sewing in the search and up pops a list of the last 26 episodes. No waiting for public TV watch all or some on your computer. Enjoy.....Max

I looked up the link and typed in column quilt, but I could not find the directions. I also looked under the a- z topic. Can someone help me?

Watch her shows online when I miss her weekly show Sat am. Her column quilt does look easy, but I haven't made one. Great way to use up scraps.
PS: Love her store-the whole crew is awesome-some of the friendliest, most helpful people my DH and I have met in a LQS! Welcome Nancy! So much of what I know about landscape quilting and sewing has come from your show and all of your books. My DH is thrilled to have met you-

Nancy, what a pleasure it is to have you join our QB. I set the priority to watch your show on Sat am WSKG from Binghamton. Your "Sewing from A to Z" was fun to watch. I have enjoyed the seasonal wall hangings and table toppers that your guests present. Welcome!

Just want to thank Nancy for her wonderful show. I've watched for many years on our PBS stations and love the way you explain everything so thoroughly and the wonderful guests you have. I was fortunate a few years ago to go to the Madison, WI sew expo and saw you and other TV sewing *stars*. What a wonderful expo you help put on there. Hope to be able to go back again some day.
