Default National Festival of Quilts - NEC Birmingham 16th - 19th August

    Hi Guys,

Is anybody going to the NEC for the National Festival of Quilts this weekend?

I am going on Sunday, sadly I can't make it on the other days...... I usually try to go for two!

    Hugs

    Caroline

I have just returned and had a meal. I thought. There were less quilts this year but the extra space in hall 9 , and wider isles was fantastic. Did you go to e30 the miniture octagonal quilts that we're areal ohhh ahhh moments. The winners of the show categories are personal choice but the work that had gone into the royal crest was mind blowing. AWhat did you enjoy.?

Went for two days. I thought the quilts were fantastic, I enjoyed them more this year than other years, although they are always beautiful. Liked the way all the winning quilts were put together.Came home exhausted, but happy.
