I thought every day is quilt day. My wish list goes on and on.

I wish it was. Some weeks yes
:D Some weeks no :( and my list does too although I do admit to a LOT of self-indulgence when it comes to quilting. I just bought a few more yards of fabric at the garage/moving sale that I went to a week or two ago. I bought 134 yds the last time so right now the only fabric I want is the large B&W animal prints.

My oldest daughter's b-day is March 14 - that's why I call her Pie Girl!
I am going to mark March 20th on every calendar from now on - if no one gifts me anything - I will gift myself (which is always much more expensive for DH).

I don't think it's ALWAYS on the 20th, but always on the 3rd Saturday of the month of March.

Regardless, it's about time more people celebrated us quilters!

the 20th is the day we go to the accountant with our taxes. I will need to bury myself in my fabric after. Our taxes are complicated this year. Thank goodness my accountant likes me.

Going to my first sew day Saturday. I haven't figured out what to bring except brownies. I guess a project is expected too. I'm looking forward to it! Actually I'm bringing veggies and hummus. Are they going to kick me out?

Cool, Barbm. I didn't know if hummus was quilt politically correct! It's my first sew day.

I did it! I just indulged myself again by purchasing 4 yds of Alexander Henry's Lion Eyes in black and white. YEA!!!!
www.fabricparadise.com has a lot of "out of print" fabrics like this one so if you're looking for something in particular, give her a call. She told me that she has far more fabric than listed on her website. She also has the Lion Eyes in gold.
