I'm about 1/2 way to finishing piecing on 2nd g-boy's 3D quilt. His pattern choice is much more tricky to piece (keeping track of pieces as it goes together like a bargello), so can only do about 3-5 rows at a sitting--also fussy pressing. Still waiting (Thurs is promised day) for the Minky backing for 1st boy's quilt then it will go on the frame.
But I am totally committed to tackling my cluttered and dirty house. Think when we went into isolation last year I figured I'd have plenty of time to fill and the cleaning would just happen! Well, it didn't! So I've tackled the library--all shelves done, 1/2 windows washed & will begin with credenza tomorrow. I also did my first cut on about 25 "t-shirts" (actually more slinky knits like golf shirts, hockey jerseys, and 2 Jackets!) that my SIL sent for my youngest nephew's grad t-shirt quilt.
I need to get something to a more finished step by end of month as I then to need to cut out a Judy Niemeyer's pattern for a workshhop.

There was another poster, that said on another post here, that those bits of thread are called 'quilt poop'.

    Just thought you should know...
