    We are really lucky. Have a large grove of bamboo (here in Virginia) that needs a good whacking occasionally. Guess what I use for my rods. Pefect!!! No expense, either. Well, my DH cuts the bamboo and buys the hooks but I like it better than anything else I have come up with. ♥

    That's cool! The Dollar store was selling 4' bamboo poles a while back. When I went in to get some, they were all gone! :lol:

    MY DH has a GARAGE full of "stuff" that "just may come in handy some day"............:) :) and he's right!!! We save a lot, but we HAVE a lot more!!!!
