I have the Baby Lock Crafter's Choice and am very pleased with it. Any problems (not many!) I have had with it have been due to my own fault and not that of the machine. My LQS is the distributor in this area so they give me great service and help when I need it.

May you and the Baby spend many happy hours together. I had a date with mine today and actually had to get the book out to learn how to move the needle. Success!

For future use, two very good review sites for sewing machines are:
    http://sewing.patternreview.com/SewingMachine/
    and

Your comments were very helpful & because of each of you I was able
to return to the dealer & get another $125. reduction, still with the
full warranty, lessons, etc. Thank you so very much. : )
AWESOME! I hope you'll have years of enjoyment using your new machine.
